Try before you buy
Pilot has a full-featured 14-day free trial. No account or credit card required. We'd much rather you test Pilot thoroughly against your own clusters before paying than need a refund afterwards.
How refunds work
All purchases are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle, which is the seller of record for your transaction. Refund requests are therefore handled through Paddle:
- Reply to your Paddle receipt email, or contact Paddle's buyer support at paddle.net with your order reference.
- You can also email us at [email protected] and we'll initiate the refund with Paddle for you.
We aim to be reasonable: if Pilot doesn't work out for you shortly after purchase, contact us and we will make it right. Statutory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected by this policy.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a yearly subscription at any time; it then simply doesn't renew, and your license remains valid until the end of the paid period.
